The research off coffee and tea

The researchers tried to establish a link between diabetes and drinking coffee and black, green, and oolong tea. Participants were asked to answer a comprehensive questionnaire about their health, way of life, and how much coffee and tea they consumed. The questionnaire was answered again at the end of the 5-year follow-up duration.
When other elements were accounted for, researchers discovered that the more green tea and coffee participants consumed, the less likely were they attacked by diabetes. Individuals who consumed six or more cups of green tea or three or more cups of coffee per day were about one-third less likely to have diabetes. The link was stronger in ladies than in men. No pattern was seen with oolong or black tea. (see  Symptoms)

A lack of vitamin D and calcium might be connected to getting type 2 diabetes. 80,000+ women took part in the Nurses' Health Research. For a period of Twenty Years, over 4,800 ladies were found to have type 2 diabetes. The researchers discovered that a combined consumption of over 800 units of vitamin D and over 1,200 milligrams of calcium was related to a 33% lower risk for type 2 diabetes (as compared to ladies who took much smaller amount of moneys of vitamin D and calcium). The outcome showed that consuming higher quantity of vitamin D and calcium helped to reduce the risk for type 2 diabetes in females.
